Turkish Vapers' Alliance

The Turkish Vapers Alliance (TVA) is the first and only civil initiative established to reduce cigarette consumption in Türkiye and promote harm reduction strategies. Launched in 2022 by the Individual Choice Initiative (ICI), this project aims to introduce an innovative approach to Türkiye's fight against tobacco consumption by offering safer alternatives to consumers. The project seeks to raise awareness for the recognition and acceptance of products such as e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products, and snus in Türkiye while encouraging a reassessment of existing tobacco policies.

TVA aims to provide information and raise public awareness to help individuals make healthier choices, particularly in Türkiye, where cigarette consumption is high. By examining the impact of alcohol and tobacco policies on individual freedoms, the project highlights harm reduction strategies and supports individuals in safeguarding their health. Turkish Vapers Alliance has participated in numerous national and international events and has become a significant platform for transforming tobacco policies.
