Crisis Management Simulation

The Crisis Management Simulation project is an innovative training program designed to prepare civil society organizations and individuals in Türkiye for potential crisis situations and to effectively manage these crises. Developed by the Individual Choice Initiative (ICI), this project aims to equip participants with crisis management skills through realistic scenarios. Through simulations, participants gain practical knowledge and experience in making quick and effective decisions during crises, efficiently using resources, and enhancing social resilience.

The project particularly emphasizes the importance of being prepared for political and internal/external group conflicts. The Crisis Management Simulation aims to make both civil society actors and individuals more resilient and effective in times of crisis. Through these simulations, participants can better assess potential risks, guide their communities more effectively during crises, and manage post-crisis recovery processes more swiftly and efficiently.
